Short answer

The advanced protocol pack is a set of longer protocols delivered by email, covering the situations the free library treats briefly: multi active scheduling across a year, seasonal adjustment, the full troubleshooting matrix, and a printable weekly schedule. It is gated behind a newsletter subscription and costs nothing beyond an email address. Everything in the free library stays free.

Section 01What is in the pack

The free library covers each protocol on its own terms. The pack covers the parts that only make sense once you are running several protocols at once, which is where most people get into trouble.

DocumentCoversLength
The annual scheduleTwelve months of active frequency, seasonally adjustedLong
The multi active matrixWhich actives can share a night, which cannot, and in what orderLong
The full troubleshooting indexEvery symptom in the library mapped to a branchReference
The printable weekly cardA one page schedule to keep where you keep the productsOne page
The assessment logThe record sheet for the four measures, formatted to be filled inOne page
The escalation packWhat to take to a pharmacy, a GP and a clinic consultationMedium

Section 02Why it is gated and not sold

Gating it behind an email address rather than a payment does two things. It keeps every protocol on this site free to read, which is the position we want to hold. And it gives us a way to tell readers when a protocol changes, which matters more here than on most sites, because guidance changes and a protocol that was correct in 2024 may not be correct now.

You will receive the pack and then a short email when a protocol is revised or a new one is published. Nothing else. No product recommendations, because we do not make any. No sponsored messages, because we do not carry sponsorship. Unsubscribe at any time and the free library remains free.

Section 03What arrives, and when

Protocol

After you subscribe

Total Ongoing
  1. 01

    The pack, immediatelyImmediately

All six documents, in one email, as web pages you can print. No drip sequence and no upsell.

  2. 02

A revision note, when something changesAs needed

When a protocol is revised because guidance changed or because a reader found an error. Typically a few times a year.

  3. 03

A new protocol note, when one is publishedAs published

One line, a link, and what it covers. Nothing longer.

  4. 04

    Nothing elseEver

No sequences, no promotions, no partner messages. If that changes, we will say so before it changes.

Section 04What happens to your email address

It is stored so that we can send you the pack and the revision notes. It is not sold, rented, shared with any third party, or used to build a profile. The full position is on the privacy page. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing removes the address.

Section 05The commitment

Every protocol currently in the library stays free and stays complete. We will not move a section behind the subscription later, and we will not publish a partial protocol in order to sell the rest of it. The pack is additional material for people already running several protocols, not the missing half of the free ones.

If you want to know what the free library covers before subscribing, start with the minimum viable routine, which is the base everything else is built on, and the active timeline table, which is the reference page the rest of the site points at.

No commercial links on this page

This article contains no affiliate links, no sponsored placement and no link to any commercial product, brand, retailer or clinic. Nobody paid for it, nobody previewed it and nobody can have a protocol changed. Our editorial standards set out the two disclosed archive exceptions, neither of which is this page.

Nothing here is medical advice. Speak to a pharmacist, a GP or a dermatologist about your own circumstances.
